Before Project Initiation

Customers may cancel their order before the project work has started.

• In such cases, a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges) will be processed.

After Project Initiation

Once the project has been initiated (design work, domain purchase, hosting setup, or development started):

• Cancellation requests will not be eligible for a full refund

• Partial refund may be considered based on the work completed

2. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain registration fees

• Hosting charges

• Third-party tools or software subscriptions

• Completed design or development work

• Digital marketing or SEO services already executed

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The project has not been started

• There is a failure to deliver service due to our fault

• Duplicate payment made by the customer

Partial Refunds

In case of cancellation after partial work completion:

• Refund will be calculated based on:

  • Work completed

  • Resources utilized

  • Time invested

3. No Refund After Delivery

Once the project has been:

• Delivered

• Approved by the client

• Deployed live

❌ No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

4. Revision & Support Policy

Instead of refunds, we offer:

• Revisions as per the selected package

• Support assistance for technical issues

• Guidance for minor changes (as per plan)

5. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refund will be credited via the original payment method

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are requested to contact us before initiating any chargeback:

• Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service suspension

• Legal action may be taken in case of fraudulent disputes
