• A minimum 50% advance payment is required before starting the work

• The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery or website launch

• No refunds after work has started or project is delivered

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are advised to contact us before initiating any chargeback:

• Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to:

  • Legal action if required

7. Subscription & Renewal

For services like:

• Hosting

8. Additional Work & Scope Changes

• Any work outside the agreed scope will be:

  • Charged additionally

  • Communicated and approved before execution
